Sparks from the grate
One coal lights the rest: a keystone habit is enough
You do not need a new life. You need one practice that warms the practices beside it.

Spoken here — nothing leaves this device.
Some habits are kindling for other habits. A morning walk makes the glass of water obvious. Making the bed makes the desk feel possible. A prayer or a page makes the voice in the head quieter. You do not have to light every coal. Light one that touches the others.
If you are tired, protect the keystone and let the rest rest. That is not a lesser day. That is how a grate is kept in weather.
Choose the coal that already wants to burn
The keystone is rarely the most impressive. It is the one you almost do anyway. Put it first on the Kindling list. Highlight it on the scorecard. Let a partner ask only about that one. Success at the center makes the edges warmer.
“The most effective way to change your habits is to focus not on what you want to achieve, but on who you wish to become.”
Morning and Body packs are built as small keystones. Pick one habit from them. Keep it until it feels like breathing. Then, if you want, add a twig.
